Who's at the Top of Your Prayer List?

I'll bet that you have a prayer list, right? And on that prayer list are family members, friends, co-workers, etc., and probably in that order. Right?
Take another look at your prayer list.
Is your name on it? If it is, move it to the first place on the list. If it is not on your list, write it and then move it to the top of your list.
Why?
Because if you don't put your well-being first, you are unable to be your best for others.
Putting yourself at the top of your prayer list is selfish in the best way. This kind of selfishness is what I call "Selfish-Generosity": give to yourself FIRST so you can generously give to others!
When you put your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being first, you have more energy, creativity, and patience to serve others. And, at the end of the day, you don't feel depleted and irritated. You feel renewed.
Burnout is not noble nor is it Godly.
Challenge:
Re-order your prayer list by putting yourself at the top of your list.
Pray for yourself with the same fervency as you pray for others.
Share how you did with this challenge. I want to support you.
